The Annual General Meeting 2019
Details have been confirmed for the club's AGM

The club's AGM for 2019 is set to take place at the Calverley Conservative Club on Tuesday the 26th March, 7.30pm. There will be an opportunity for all members of the club to have their say and discuss any other matters. An election for the following club committee roles will also take place:
Chairperson
Members are to report to this person with anything that maybe out of the control of a general committee member.
Vice Chairperson
Members are to report to this person with anything that maybe out of the control of a general committee member.
Club Secretary
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding complaints/issues/feedback to the club, other clubs, the league and/or the West Riding County FA.
Treasurer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding finances of the club which may include but is not limited to: registration fees, subs, sponsorship and fundraising.
Club Welfare Officer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding the welfare of its members and/or members of other clubs and affiliations to the FA (e.g. referees).
Lettings Officer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding training and pitch lettings.
Registration Officer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding a player registering to the club.
Football Development Officer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding coaching courses, CPD and any other coaching related enquiries.
Website/Social Media/Press Officer
Members are to report to this person with anything regarding worthy club news which may include but is not limited to: match reports, player recruitment, sponsorship deals and events.
Club Development Officer (x2)
Members and the committee may seek advice from the Club’s Development Officers with anything regarding the club. It is desired but not required that Club Development Officers are long serving members of the club, with knowledge beyond its constitution and guidelines of how it operates. This will allow the Club Development Officer to step in and advise on matters when needed.
